All items purchased from www.atcostmirrors.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

www.atcostmirrors.com does not take title to returned items until such time as the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return, in this situation, www.atcostmirrors.com does not take title to the refunded item. www.atcostmirrors.com endeavors to be as accurate as possible, however mistakes happen. www.atcostmirrors.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on www.atcostmirrors.com is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by www.atcostmirrors.com is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the product in unused condition according to the Returns Policy.

Except where noted otherwise, the Retail Price, List Price or Suggested Price displayed for products on www.atcostmirrors.com represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The Retail Price, List Price or Suggested Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. With respect to items sold by www.atcostmirrors.com, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by www.atcostmirrors.com is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Delivery timeframes communicated by www.atcostmirrors.com are estimates and dependent on many factors beyond its control, including but not limited to production delays, shipping delays, government delays and forces of nature. In no event shall www.atcostmirrors.com be liable for deliveries going beyond the estimated timeframe.

www.atcostmirrors.com shall in no event be held responsible for delay and/or non-provision of the Services or Products, or unavailability of the Website for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to events beyond the reasonable such as Internet failures, computer, telecommunications or any other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, flood, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals or non-performance of third parties.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of and your purchase of products and/or services through www.atcostmirrors.com. Any infraction of the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia and the laws of Canada without regard to any conflict of law provisions of your domicile residence or physical location. At our discretion, we may report any infractions or violations relating to the agreement to the appropriate authorities. You and www.atcostmirrors.com each agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within British Columbia, Canada.

Your home should be perfect. This is why we offer a 30 day no questions asked return policy. If you decide that you're not satisfied with your @Cost Mirrors purchase, we want to help. Below, you'll find the information you need to complete a successful return of your @Cost Mirrors purchase.

To start your return process, get in touch with a member of our awesome team. They will set you up with everything you need for the return. The returned item will be inspected within 72 hours of arriving at our warehouse. Once we've determined it is in as-new condition, our team will process your return and issue a refund. Please note that depending on your card issuer's policy, it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your credit statement.

Return shipping is the same flat rate as our basic shipping ($29 for most items, $19 for smaller items sent by courier). If you decide to return your @Cost Mirrors item(s), we will refund the purchase price less the return shipping fee. Choose a replacement piece from the @Cost Mirrors catalogue and we will waive your return shipping fee. Our team will also work to coordinate pickup and drop off at the same time.

We love our mirrors, and we want you to too. When we ship our products, we pack them very carefully to avoid shipping damage. All returned items must be in their original packaging.

We are only able to accept returned product in as-new condition. Products with scratches, cracks, chips, or any damage or modification cannot be returned. Any @Cost Mirrors products shipped outside of the contiguous United States and Canada are not covered by our return policy.

Any item marked as "Final Sale" at the time of transaction is not covered by our return policy.

Sometimes the universe conspires against us. In the unlikely event your @Cost Mirrors arrives to you in less than perfect condition, please email photos to service@@Cost Mirrors.com, or call our customer care team at 1-604-770-2998. The @Cost Mirrors manufacturer's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 3 months from the date of delivery. If you receive a defective or damaged product, get in touch with our team. We will work to quickly address the issue. This may involve shipping you a replacement or providing a refund (at our discretion). Please note that warranties are not transferable and cannot be extended to re-sold items. Warranties are only valid when products are used for their intended purpose and exhibit normal use. Defects resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use or commercial purposes will not be covered by the @Cost Mirrors warranty.
